My work required and demonstrated in-depth knowledge of key Saudi environmental regulations and frameworks, including NCEC standards, Royal Commission (RC) regulations, RCRC guidelines, and the development of compliant Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMP). My core deliverables included conducting environmental audits, preparing comprehensive Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA), developing all procedural documentation for certification, and ensuring full regulatory compliance across high-profile projects in the construction and industrial sectors.

Project 1: Saudi Arabia Railways (SAR) – ISO 14001 EMS Development & ESIA
As the lead QHSE Consultant for SAR, I was entrusted with a foundational mission: to design and implement a certifiable Environmental Management System (EMS) from the ground up in line with ISO 14001:2015. This involved creating the entire procedural framework—including Waste Management, Emergency Response (EERP), and chemical handling plans—and conducting the comprehensive Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) for the Northern Rail Network. My work provided SAR with a fully operational system ready for audit, equipping them with the tools to manage compliance, mitigate environmental risks, and track performance as part of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 objectives.

Project 2: Diriyah Gate Development Authority (DGDA) – Environmental Supervision
For the flagship Diriyah Gate tourist development, I served as the on-site environmental auditor and supervisor for the DGDA. My role focused on ensuring strict environmental compliance across critical construction sites, including a raw material extraction site and a brick manufacturing plant. Through regular audits, continuous monitoring of air quality and noise levels, verification of the Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP), and detailed bi-weekly and monthly reporting, I provided the client with transparent oversight. This systematic approach ensured that the ambitious project advanced while adhering to its stringent sustainability and regulatory commitments.

As the Responsible Chemistry-Environment Engineer at ACES, I played a key role in supporting Saudi Arabia's mega-construction projects (NEOM, Aramco, Red Sea). My work focused on indoor air quality and noise control, conducting precise testing and analysis to ensure healthy and compliant work environments. I was also responsible for performing chemical tests for construction materials and leading internal environmental and chemical safety awareness programs for all ACES employees, contributing to both project safety and corporate safety culture.

Role: QHSE Engineer for EMS Implementation
During my tenure at AIS in Saudi Arabia and TIC in Tunisia, my core mission centered on Environmental Management System (EMS) implementation for the Saline Water Conversion Corporation (SWCC). I was responsible for preparing and establishing ISO 14001:2015 compliant systems from the design phase. This involved creating all necessary procedures and work instructions, planning and following up on internal and external audits, and identifying and evaluating environmental impacts (noise, energy, soil, waste, air quality). I ensured regulatory compliance and maintained active legal monitoring in the fields of hygiene, safety, and environment.

At ETLCO, I laid the foundational QHSE framework as a QHSE Engineer. I led the implementation of the company's Integrated Management System (IMS) according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards. My duties encompassed the full cycle of system management: planning and conducting internal audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, applying internal procedures, and conducting risk assessments, incident analyses, and preventive planning. This role was instrumental in building a culture of safety and quality from the ground up in a laboratory environment.
